We are the “data controller” for personal data processed via this website.

- Emails/Calls: if you contact us directly, we’ll process the information you provide.

- Outbound links: we link to partners (e.g., Collingwood, Adrian Flux, Driving Test Cancellations 4 All, Driving Test Success) and GOV.UK. Their sites may collect data under their own policies.

Where your data is stored / processed
- Website hosting & forms: Netlify (static hosting + Netlify Forms). Form submissions are stored in our Netlify dashboard.
- Email: If you email us or we email you in response, messages are processed by our email provider.
These providers may process data in the UK, EEA, and/or internationally with appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses). We only use reputable providers.
Retention
- Enquiries: typically kept up to 24 months from last contact (or longer if you become a customer, to manage lessons and accounts).
- Accounting records: up to 6 years as required by law.
- We delete or anonymise data when it’s no longer needed.

Children
Our services are for learner drivers and parents/guardians. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data without consent, contact us and we’ll delete it.
